If I could put no stars, I would. When originally purchasing, we thought service was great. 1 year later we've had issues with our sauna heater and Northern Leisure has been extremely poor in handling the issue. After speaking to other companies, we've learned that Moonlight sold us a heater that is too small which caused it to overwork and burn out within a year. The manufacturer will not replace under warranty and Northern Leisure refuses to take ownership in acknowledging they sold us too small of a heater (despite the ma... read more
We’ve had our Luna sauna for 2 days now…and we couldn’t be happier with your service and product! From our drive up to the showroom with a quick decision of our favourite model to the install with 2 friendly, talented assemblers (who worked in icy rain) to the beautiful workmanship apparent in our new sauna itself. Love the hotub. The delivery crew did an excellent job, considering the weather was snowy horrible. Hank described how everything works. Issac made a second visit on his way home later in the evening to check and make sure everything was working in the hotub. Job well done by everyone!

Hi just wanted to thank Rick and Henry and there team with our new hot tub delivery they were very professional.We never owned a hot tub before and they did an awesome job from start to finish delivering and set up and going through everything for us and answered all of our questions .
