They only half fixed the problem, my husband just ordered additional parts and will fix the rest on his own. Seeing as they charged $120 an hour for labor, they were at our home for 2 and half hours and according to the bill the first hour is included in the service charge, and they charged for 3 hours of labor never calling them again.
