I am very impressed with the management and staff at Northern Lakes. All are caring and helpful to their residents and visitors . The activities staff do so many fun things with residents in their memory care unit. I see lots of smiles and content residents. Great job from the kitchen staff keeping everyone full and lots of snacks too. The environmental and laundry staff do a great job keeping things clean and organized along with the task of keeping clothing sorted and back to the correct resident.
