I thought Jennifer was a good docter that I could confide in and was always pleased with my visits. Until I had an appointment scheduled which they changed without my consent. Then I found my Medicaid was inactive. So I couldn’t reschedule an appointment yet. I needed a docters note for my new employer for a pre-existing medical condition just so they’re made aware not because I missed work. They tell me yes you may pick up the note.
