These guys are great and helped me in a pinch! Incredibly nice people with fantastic service, they looked for every way possible to help me, above and beyond! Couldn’t say enough positive things about them!
Not enough stars for the crew at Northern Lakes Marine ;-) Issues with my (small) motor today, Jeff and crew went above and beyond to get our family on the lake (witnessed many more customers they were going out of their way to help). Called in with boat motor troubles, popped in to drop boat off same day thinking it would be there a while. When we arrived they trouble shooted and fixed for us immediately! In and out in 20 minutes and off to the lake. Amazing customer service! Very fair pricing! So glad to have found them. Highly recommend and we will be using them for any future help needed.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received from Northern Lakes Marine. Last fall, I brought my pontoon boat in for routine maintenance, including spark plug replacement, water impeller service, and an oil change.
