They do excellent work but I think they are pretty high priced. They seem to be the "go to" people for many general contractors.
I left a message on the company voice mail with my electric issue and my call back number on the 9/15. It was NOT an emergency. No one bothered to return my call after a week (which I think is way more than fair amount of time) so I found someone else that returns calls and took care of my electric issue promptly. Not sure how a business survives that does not call customers back! If your too busy atleast call customers back and let them know.
