Well I tried to use this business, friend recommended her, owner was rude, abrasive, confrontational and downright nasty. Not only will I bring my business here, Informed my friend of the interaction I had and they are seeking to take their business else where. Just an embarrassing encounter... STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Further more just from her response should show how she handles professionalism...
Not reliable. She missed two cleaning appointments back to back,on different days,and then would not get ahold of us through texts or phone calls go let us know what was going on. If you really need a clean home or rental, she is not reliable.
I’m very picky about my cleaning services. I was looking for a cleaner who had absolutely zero self awareness and no working concept of how legal definitions of harassment/defamation worked, and boy did I strike gold here. I was hoping to find the rare bird that thinks bizarre things; like someone leaving a bad review on the Internet is somehow a crime, and this lady delivered. Oh, and she also did a good job of cleaning my poopy toilet. 5/5 would recommend.
