I was running late for my appointment, they were completely cool with me about it. Got me right into a door and started unloading. I'm not suggesting you run late but unlike most places they understood things happen and didn't screw me over

I work in transportation and have been trying to reach someone in their shipping and receiving department. I've been calling over and over again and the phone just rings. I guess they don't care about their product getting shipped.
This is a large area with several businesses. Unload took approximately 45 minutes. Spent 3.5 hours on the rest of it. Mainly paperwork. Not bad when everything is put into perspective. However, when the person loading you is very rude and unprofessional, it makes for a unpleasant experience. He was still mad over something that happened with the first driver this morning and taking it out on everyone.
