I got all three of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jacobs and his team in early April this year. The consultation and the surgery were both very comforting and successful. I'm very grateful for the results. The wounds are pretty much normal, and I did not have problems with the post-surgery cares. I got the IV sedation + laughing gas, and this really helped me to stay calm. Thank you again for your fantastic service!
I called last Friday HOPING to get an appointment & I'm here this morning!! I travel for work & it's difficult to get personal needs met. This practice > DR. SLEET is able to pull my tooth TOMORROW !! We took our son for a consultation. The doctor seemed nice enough. They had to get some records from our dentist and said they'd give us a call back with next steps. A week goes by, no call back. I called and left messages on 4 different occasions over the next month with no return call. I even called one of their other offices to see if they may be able to help. Dr. Hank Sleet and his team are great. As soon as you walk in you're greeted in a kind, friendly and clean environment. Everyone from receptionist to front desk schedulers to nurses. So absolutely professional and kind. Appointments are not very long and wait times are stacked and managed so well. This is genuinely a great team and great people.
