The amount of times I have tried to call the office and no one answers. I’ve called multiple times a day, and still, no call back. I came in the same day, still no returned phone call because my sister is sick and cannot breathe. We walk in and the lady at the front desk said “I was going to call you back, but we are completely booked today.” Alright that’s fine, but have the respect to call someone back! Great doctor
Such a horrible experience dealing with Dr. Wilshere, she doesn't believe anything about my post-concussion syndrome. When I do call to express my worst moments, she yells at me and unnecessarily calls 911. Don't try arguing with her either, because she can't be reasoned with. Just my opinion after dealing with the office for over 6 months.
