My wife was a pack and half a day smoker for 25 years. After one session she stopped cold turkey! I’m still amazed to this day and so proud of her. Katherine helped me through quitting tobacco. I went to two sessions spread over one week. I was a little nervous at first but now that I’m finished would recommend her to anyone. The service I feel really gave me the boost I needed to finally quit and Katherine was very pleasant.

I went to Katherine to quit smoking in June. I was pretty sure I could not be hypnotized. Boy was I wrong. Thanks to hypnosis, it's now been almost 4 months since I smoked.
