I had the best experience with Northern Kentucky Auto Sales! Danny W. Gave me the best service and so very polite and friendly. Today was one of the best car buying experiences I've had! They helped me get my son a car and I'm very appreciative of that. Buzz the GM made the signing process of purchasing fast and easy! I will definitely return for any future car needs!
Just bought a car from there and the experience was great. Brook Jones was my sales representative and she was very organized, thorough, and friendly through the whole process. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for another car.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke with (Buzz the GM) about an SUV and asked. Drove 45 min to get there to see a vehicle. I asked Buzz to call me if for any reason the vehicle was not going to be there. I got there and an employee had taken the car home for the day. No call from Buzz, come to find out from the other sales guy that as soon as Buzz hung up he went to get the SUV and was told an employee took it home. No call to me to let me know. Buzz left without a peep.
Oct2025- I’m updating my review. We just visited again to buy our 4th vehicle from NKY AutoSales. This time through we worked with Brook. She was extremely responsive and a total joy to work with. Today we closed on our 4th purchase with NKAS over the course of many years. They have always been great partners in looking for replacement cars! Brook helped us out for this transaction and she had wonderful customer service skills, worked with my criteria to find the best match, and is very personable. Whenever there is a car with some "backstory," they are fully transparent with the details and provide the Carfax. They are very knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and direct. Highly recommended!
