Worst Customer Service, Zero respect for Patients. Make mistake with appointment and call before the day and cancel because someone their end made mistake. Yelled or order if you don't want we take you out of list.

I don’t know why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. The people here have all been very nice and friendly. I have never sat in the waiting room because every time I have come in they were waiting and ready for me. The Dr. so nice and funny. He does a great job of explaining what he’s doing and what he’s looking for when he’s examining you.

Front desk made us wait for an hour and a half before telling us we needed to get documentation from the police or lawyer after getting into a car accident. Absolutely a waste of time and really inconsiderate for not telling us right away. We'll be looking somewhere else for a place that actually cares about it's customers.

Absolutely rude front desk. I have a medication that has kept me from yearly bronchitis . The prescription ran out and just found out my Dr. is no longer there. Also found out my insurance ends today. The secretary said I have to see a new Dr. and when I told her my insurance ran out, she said, "Oh Well ". No help at all. RUDE

Dr. Lehrer needs to resign. How dare he scream at senior citizens patients from the top of his lungs. I have never come across a doctor who is condescending, rude, unprofessional and a bully to senior citizens. Rest assured further action will be taken to remove him from this practice.
