Difficult to get any customer service whether you email or leave a message. I had planned to buy a few items valued at over $5,000; but decided not to as the pre-sale service is not good, so I am afraid of what the after-sale service might be if there is an issue.
NOT CANADIAN MADE, AT CANADIAN PRICES! Damaged packaging, piece 13 is missing and instructions in Chinese only. Avoid to buy at Northern-interiors.ca
