They are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about any products you may need that they can carry, and about the neccessary prescriptions needed from your doctor for some of the products that can get covered by your insurance. They helped my pops out so kindly when his Cpap stopped working. Thanks guys! 👌🙏🏼😊
I went there to donate a couple of wigs that my girlfriend had. she had cancer so she passed away.We don't need them anymore.Though I don't need them. Thought I would donate them. For somebody else.
Would not put my number down, so they kept calling a different number. Now we owe $109 bill!!! On tip of that they hung up on me when I trued to talk with them!!!
Let me just say anyone who is in this building was very helpful to me today whether it was billing or cashier or the gentleman I needed something to put my knee on and these folks knew my insurance when I cover it so they help me with everything I needed from a wheelchair pushed around their office while I was there to help to my car they were absolutely wonderful you will be so happy that you went here and dealt with great service five stars is enough
Don't waste your time going here. You will not get calls back when you have problems with a machine. The customer service is a problem. Go elsewhere.
