Followed directions to get COBRA coverage, which said to apply online. After completing all the steps, got a message a week later saying I had to submit the paper form. Weeks later, no message that it was processed, so I checked online and it was not what I requested online or on paper. Submitted change request, which was not processed after 3 weeks, billing statement shows triple billing ($1800+). They were astounding in taking me through the entire cycle and assisted with tracking down the best arrangement. Eminent client concentration and incredible costs. I certainly use them once more. I strongly suggest Northern Illinois Health Plan given their astonishing client care.
Awesome and wonderful phone service from this Northern Illinois Health Plan insurance company! Being a traveling nurse and constantly changing cities and insurances I’ve dealt with a lot of enrollments. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining each plan and going through the pros and cons of each and allowing you to take time to make an independent and informed decision.
