Northern Hydraulics website said they had a gear pump in stock that I needed right away - I chose worldwide express as a shipping method which was $101 USD assuming it would make it to us in less then a week. I followed up a week later via telephone and their staff member said they didn’t have it in stock and it was as least 2 weeks away. He also mentioned this type of things happens all the time - but did provide a refund right away. Great customer service, they helped me find a suitable replacement pump for my splitter.
Had all the parts in stock, great service. Was in and out in about 30 min. For a custom hose fabrication that is excellant!
