We recently had Northern HVAC come in to replace our furnace and water heater. Communication was great from the start. When Kieran came to see the house for a quote he spent a lot of time with us asking and answering questions to make sure he could give us the best options and we could make the most educated decision about what to do- which was exceptionally appreciated since this is far from my area of expertise. We recently hired Northern HVAC to install a heat pump. The entire process was smooth, and communication fantastic. The team arrived on time, installed and explained thoroughly how the heat pump worked, and they cleaned up all the bits and pieces. I cannot recommend them more. Excellent people.
