Excellent customer service. Kieran (owner) takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything in detail. Jessica, McKye and Trevor were great to work with. Highly recommend this company. It’s no wonder they recently won a customer service award.
This company and its employees are leaps and bounds above all others in the area with respect to professionalism. Not only that, they did a wonderful job replacing my wood stove with a propane stove. Highly recommend.
Kieran, Jessica and the rest of the staff were terrific…installed a heat pump for us. Great communication, efficient….and they know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
On the recommendation of a family member, I had Kieran in to change my hot water heater and well pressure tank as well as update some of my hvac system. We recently had Northern HVAC come in to replace our furnace and water heater. Communication was great from the start. When Kieran came to see the house for a quote he spent a lot of time with us asking and answering questions to make sure he could give us the best options and we could make the most educated decision about what to do- which was exceptionally appreciated since this is far from my area of expertise.
