Absolutely useless, it’s astounding how poorly the state of NH (under GQP rule) cares for it’s mentally impaired citizens. The system in place to help the marginalized is just dreadful and I’d say straight up dangerous letting these kids and young adults fall through the cracks due to the neglect who are dire need of services. How many need to die? Oh that’s right it is “Live free or DIE” after all
