Working with Jon was easy! Good pricing, and very seamless install and training on how to use the hot tub. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a hot tub. He knows his stuff, and was super friendly and responsive. Thanks again for the great setup!

We recently purchased the Williston 2 hot tub from Northern Leisure Cambridge, and our experience with Jon (the owner) was outstanding from start to finish. Jon was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering all of our questions leading up to the purchase. The customer service was great and I walked away with a perfect sauna for my home use. The owner helped us coordinate installation and everything was done seamlessly, the service was timely and it was a job well done. I fully recommend Northern Leisure if you're in the Cambridge area or nearby. I'm looking forward to a warm winter in our new sauna!
I bought my first Hudson round plug and play hot tub off of John. He was very professional and enjoyable to do business with. The hot tub was high quality and very nice. Love the water fall option and ice bucket 🪣. I will definitely be doing more business with him in the near future. Worth more then 5 stars but that's all they had to give.....lol
