I took delivery of my hot tub from Northern Leisure in Port Elgin yesterday. The buying process with Jim was wonderful, he a pretty ausume guy and knows his product well. This is my third hot tub so I consider myself an experienced customer. It is however my first plug and play model due to electrical limitations at my house. I chose the Kootenay model, a three person tub as a larger one is no longer needed. It seems to be performing as promised. I had my hot tub from Northern Leisure installed by Jim Elliott at my Tiverton home a couple of years ago. Today, it was not working so I called him. Jim and his son were at my door an hour later and fixed the problem. (It was an electrical issue with the outlet, hot tub still runs fine) I would highly recommend Northern Leisure for their quality products and especially their personal service!!
Purchased our sauna this summer and very happy Jim and all the support from northern Leisure was awesome highly recommend them would definitely use them again or recommend to friends
