I came into the store and rented the amazing sauna for the wk end! When Jim found out that our family was getting tattoos two doors down from the shop because our son had been killed in a car accident three months priory he immediately would not accept my credit card for payment and gave us the sauna for the entire wk! Loving our cube sauna from Northern Leisure, Port Elgin. Jim was helpful & quick to respond with any questions. He made sure everything was working well before my husband came back from a hunting trip. Nice addition to our new deck and patio. We look forward to using it for many years.
Wanted to wait a couple of weeks after install to see if any issues, but absolutely none. From time of purchase of hot tub to delivery and installation we couldn't be happier. The VIP install and care package coupled with onsight care instructions were both clear and informative. We want to thank Jim at Northern in Port Elgin for his advice and ease of setting us up with our 1st hot tub.

We bought the 6' Red Cedar cube sauna from Northern Leisure in Port Elgin about a week ago. Jim is great to deal with, answered all our questions and really knows his stuff. (BTW, had a probable self-inflicted hiccup on wifi. Texted him on a Sunday morning and he answered in 15 minutes. That folks, is unbeatable service). Sauna is perfect for us, great addition to the backyard. Used it a couple times already, gets nice and hot as it should, love the cedar scent and couldn't be happier with the product.
