Love my new hot tub! Had it about a week now. Thanks to Jim it’s been very easy to maintain and figure out. He’s always there to answer questions and replies fast. Would use this company again for sure.
Had a fantastic experience renting a Northern Leisure wood fired sauna for the weekend. Jim was very helpful in arranging everything and with drop-off/pickup. The sauna and cold plunge were both excellent quality and well built (in Canada too). The sauna had a very really nice dome window to enjoy the surrounding ambience. Would highly recommend Northern Leisure if purchasing or renting!
Jim & his team were incredible. They made the entire process of buying and installing a spa simple and easy. If you want a no nonsense, hassle free installation, Jim is your guy.
