Absolutely great customer service for a superb product. After meeting them and seeing the product in the Aylmer market, I was sold. I called later that day and put a deposit for a unit. Within two weeks they got in touch with me to setup a delivery date. The day of the delivery was on a weekend which worked perfect for my busy schedule. From beginning to end this was a great experience. The knowledgeable staff (Jocelyn and Matt) helped us to pick out a hot tub to meet our needs and budget. Steve and his crew were a well oiled machine making the install go off without a hitch. Ensuring we knew how to use and care for our hot tub, and use the App was the icing on the cake. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new tub!
Amazing customer service!! We had an incident with the snow coming off our roof and damaged our hot tub. I got in touch with Jim who responded almost immediately. He had new parts in stock and sent his son out the SAME day and fixed it. I’m pretty sure you can’t get service like that anywhere else!! Top notch!!
A terrific experience buying our hot tub and getting it delivered. The deal was so good and great to have a product from Meaford! The guys who delivered stayed until it was all ready to go. They were patient with their instructions especially with the wifi set up! Highly recommend this company.
