We have dealt with this company a few times. They are expensive, unaccommodating, rude and a disservice to the elderly. They charge for things they shouldnt. Charged twenty bucks just to install two over priced power chair batteries for my 81 year old mother. Web price, 35 bucks each. Here, 55 but with all the extra charges it was over a hundred and forty bucks. Bought an overpriced gel seat from them that leaked and they never made it good.
