Loving my mattress and their gourmet pantry section
Great place to shop! The manager and staff were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery was made on time and they removed our old refrigerator as well. Thank you crew at Northern Essentials!
Recently bought a GE washer and dryer from here. Very friendly, great customer service and comparable prices. Very helpful delivery. Definitely recommend this place and will be back for any future purchases!!
If you want to be treated in a rude and condescending manner by the guy at the counter, then this is your place. I left, disgusted by his treatment, attitude and limited choice of product. Totally unprofessional to say the least. Ended up going to Eklands in Great Falls, where they have a nice selection and nicer salesmen. They act like they like their customers and they happily deliver. I bought exactly what I wanted. I will never step foot or spend another $ at HHE. Gone are the days when Larry and Katie ran it. Too bad.
