Curt asked what we were hoping for and showed us 4 trailers that would meet our requirements. We chose the one that suited us best and gave is a price for it and checked out our trade in. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The switching over of our contents went smoothly and we were given a full review of the new trailer. The professionalism was beyond expectation. We had been to their parts department over the years and again very pleased with their knowledge and pricing. Would never go anywhere else again.
I have purchased 7 new RV’s all from different dealers. Northern Hills is by far my best experience in all catagories. Not that others have been bad but Kyle and his service department are above and beyond all.
We were camping in Spearfish and needed a sliding door roller. Northern Hills had the part and saved me a drive to Rapid City. They have a large selection of RV parts and great customer service.
Called at 5:00 yesterday needing a pressure regulator. Michelle answered the phone and advised me parts had gone home. But she was sure they had one. I said, I lived in Spearfish and she said she would wait for me to get there. She and Curt helped me make sure I had the correct part. Thanks for going the extra mile!!! Great small-town service!!!!
