We do not have any hidden fees and we always work off of the "Out the Door Numbers" when you are looking at or purchasing a camper. We have a great service department with over 30 years of experience and a parts area that has just about everything you need for your camper.

We were traveling through the area with our RV when our furnace quit. I did some research to find out that it could be the sail switch so I called Northern Hills for a price and availability for the part and I talked to a lady and parts who said that she would get right back to me but she never. I also called the service department to see about getting it in to get it fixed and a time frame of how much it would cost and how long it would take but they never got back to me after I left my phone number and information for them... read more
Really thought it was going to be a "Boutique" dealership, it is but in a good way. They only deal with Grand Designs and Brinkley RVs so at least I do have a specialty. Both quality builds as RVs go and sales people were not pretentious. Talked to you like a person and did the walk through with no pressure, just the needed information. Worth the drive from Rapid City.

I didn't spend much time here this trip but I found them to be very courteous, respectful and helpful. There was no question unanswered, I realize this is the sop for businesses in SD but it's refreshing to experience
