First and foremost, I understand this is a collections agency and it is easy to become frustrated with a company. However, I found their decorum absolutely disgusting, rude, and highly unprofessional. I received a call from Karen in October 2025 noting she was collecting for a past bill and if I was ready to pay, providing no details in regard to what it was for or how much.
