This company installed my boiler two years ago. I was told please don't let anybody else touch it if it needed service. I tried to schedule my yearly maintenance and was told to text my info and I would get a call back. I haven't heard from anyone after multiple text and calls. Feel free to use this company if you like to be ignored.

Service was prompt and problem diagnosed quickly and fixed. Highly recommend.

DON’T recommend! He would most definitely install a new furnace to make a larger profit but he doesn’t not care to come out when in need for maintenance or anything else furnace related. I called to have thermostat replaced as it was fading and I didn’t know how to work with setting the days and temps. He didn’t answer I had To call three times and send a text When he finally came, he played around with the buttons and set it to whatever and did not solve issue as I still DONT know how to set it etc So I called weeks later t... read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and this was a no show. So I called and he said he forgot, I graciously rescheduled and he sent me a text link with my new appointment which was today 1/6/25. Again a no show!! I called him yesterday to confirm, he told me he'd call me back and he never did, I called him today and no answer. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. My parents woke up today, a Sunday, after our first big snowstorm of the year with no heat! It's their first year using their furnace after not using it for about 15 years as they had a wood boiler prior. My dad has been sick so they switched back to propane to make it easier on my mom.
