During the August 25th service visit, the technician failed to properly diagnose the problem, ordered unauthorized parts, and left without fixing the unit. Expecting a customer to pay full price for an incorrect diagnosis and unapproved parts orders is completely unacceptable. I have attempted to resolve this dispute directly with them, but due to their lack of accountability, I am moving forward with formal complaints through paper mail and, if necessary, small claims court.
