I’m giving this review a 3 because we LOVE our doctor, Dr. Devi! She is WONDERFUL! But the receptionist at the Mahopac location has to go. She is extremely rude, non compassionate, and basically tries to make you feel as bad as you possibly can for your mistakes. I must say that I am very disappointed with The Northern Medical Group Gastroenterology Division in Poughkeepsie, NY. I am very disappointed with Dr. Paul Burrows' decision in cancelling my appointment that was already scheduled for me to have a Colonoscopy procedure done on that date. I was asked on what day I would be available to have the procedure done. I picked a day that would have my employer have someone cover my employment position for a couple of days.
