Mike came out for an estimate in a timely fashion. He priced a couple different options for me to choose from and was willing to work with me. After I accepted the estimate, he quickly scheduled the work. I had a couple sets of exterior stairs replaced. Ken mostly worked on my project. He is an excellent craftsman, was very kind, and offered some great advice. The work was completed quickly and the area was kept clean. It can be very difficult to get quality work done around here. My experience with Northern Handyman Services was excellent! Mike is a good communicator and I knew exactly when to expect him. I had a particularly difficult issue and Mike was true to his word, making several visits to resolve this problem before Christmas. This is a top notch service that I will continue to use in the future. I give my highest recommendation!

Mike and his team did a great job installing my water heater, we ran into a small issue after it was installed and he quickly get everything taken care of and communicated well!
