The parking is a nightmare. The service is dreadful. I wouldn't recommend anyone visits this Accident and emergency. Try elsewhere or stick a plaster on it
Disappointing experience. I waited over 7 hours without seeing a doctor, even though the place wasn’t busy. I told the receptionist that I’m very tired and can’t wait anymore, she said you can leave if you want to, showing no urgency or concern for waiting patients. Completely unprofessional.
if i could leave a zero star review I WOULD. at the beginning we went to the pharmacy and they called an ambulance for chest pains and difficulty breathing, we then got into a car accident where a bus litterally crashed INTO the ambulance whilst i was in it, then when finally arriving at the hospital we were waiting for 5 hours before even being glanced at AND SOMEONE DIED INFRONT OF ME IN THE WAITING ROOM (still traumatised) just for them to say there was nothing wrong while i’m actively having chest pains.
As much as you can like being in hospital but felt well looked after and cared for
