Tammy in Service is an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in town on 'vacation' and was only there for 5 days. I was able to drop off my vehicle Friday despite the Service Dept's work load being over capacity. (I had alternate transportation) - She was able to get a diagnosis for my issue with my Maverick Friday - However unfortunately the cell service is not the greatest where I was staying and was unable to return her call until Monday morning.
