The fence they installed was great, but we need a repair done due to weather and they will not return our calls.
Had a fence installed years ago, communications were horrible - they never answer their phone. Years later, need repair and they do not pick up the phone or return calls.

Run don't walk away from Northern Fence. Filter reviews to recent and you'll see the pattern of awful experiences in the last year or 2. I had a fence put in from them last year so many issues where to start? Nightmare install date got moved 4 times over the course of 8 weeks, finally got done in end of November. Now that spring is here and I can actually be in our yard and see and use the fence, I realize much was unfinished and shoddy.
