The level of service from this company is actually unbelievable! From start to finish just excellent. From the lady who took the initial panicked phone call who immediately put us at east to the engineers arriving less than 5 hours later to complete the works. Meaning we only had to close our kitchen for one service. This is actually the second time we’ve used them and the second time their work and service have been outstanding. Thank you so much

Superb from start to finish.. communication from the people on call to the engineer was 2nd to none.. found them on google after the worst scenario ever having your extraction go down in the middle of a busy Saturday night service.. These guys sorted it the following day in the most professional way and communicated at every step so well. Thank you again and service how it should be.. couldn’t recommend more…

We were in the s%#t big time Friday night with a full restaurant on Saturday and Sunday ahead of us. Jay came and replaced fan on Saturday and had us up and running in no time. Highly recommended. Steve from The Victoria Cattal.
