The most inefficient appointment system. Wait time to see anyone is atrocious
Wow, what an awesome experience I had this morning! Seen as an extra (referred by my optometrist). Dr Brad was awesome! the reception staff and Jill the nurse was brilliant! Thank you!!
I'm still waiting 1 hour after arriving on time. Advise that you take the appointment time plus 30 minutes at least
