Awful receptionist. She needs to be fired. Is this how you speak to a patient calling in for information? Dear owner, please audit the call made on 15 December 4.45pm to see who you have sitting at the front desk. She is scary and arrogant.
Spent $230 for the doctor to literally shine a light in my son’s eye. He was rude and rushed the appointment. No sympathy or engagement with my son at all while he was crying, he just sat there and told me to hold him down. He shouldn’t work with kids. Won’t be going back there
Dr Bassil did a wonderful job restoring my eyesight. No more glasses. Extremely competent and professional. All the girls on his staff are wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. Overall an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.
