Wonderful, helpful staff! Dawn special ordered a pair of glasses for me, when they came in they didn't look as I had remembered, no trouble at all. I picked a pair from their huge selection, I am happy! Thank You SO much Dawn for being so helpful and kind.
Recently my 7 yr old son, Jacob, went to Dr. Audry for a routine eye exam. He ended up needing glasses and was a little nervous about it when he first found out. Dr Audry quickly put him at ease and helped him pick out adorable frames that he loved. Before we left, Jacob was proudly strutting around the office with said frames and was hesitant to give them back. Dawn was also great with a nervous little boy while taking his measurements. I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff at Northern Eye Associates!
The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing! They are all so kind caring. They are patient and understanding when I have my 2 year old with me. My daughter will start seizing them with in a year. Highly recommend Northern Eye Care!!! Thank you all!!!
I did not see a frame that I was crazy about so I called one day and spoke to Dawn about possibly looking at other options. She said to come in to take a look with her. She was so helpful in finding the perfect frame and had wonderful suggestions on what will work best for me. I could not be happier with the service level I received, she went above and beyond for me! Thanks Dawn I look forward to my new awesome pair of glasses!!
