This place doesn’t even deserve a star. An hour before closing we walk in and as the front desk sees my husband says we aren’t taking any patients. Office was empty, not a car outside. Ridiculous. Poor service. Then told me to go to the emergency room. Wouldn’t give me the managers name or phone number. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t give out their managers extension. They put the “care” in “Northern Express Care!” What could be helped was helped and what couldn’t be helped was explained with patience and affection. I didn’t think it was possible, to be honest, and I approached my visit with braced for the usual cocktail of staff stretched to the breaking point, long lines and too, too many steps! My skepticism was overwhelmed with real care and genuine concern.
I was very impressed with all the staff during my recent visit. Everyone was courteous, professional and I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The evaluation and diagnosis was thoughtful and efficient. I am grateful for the compassionate care I received. Thank You!!

For a cut on my leg (they smeared Vaseline on it) they charged me 161$ which I paid on the spot and then call me asking for 921$ for “labs” and an “intake” fee. Unless you’ve been quite literally decapitated, DO NOT go here.
