Even liased with ERGON on my behalf due to delays (on ERGON’s part) hours after job completed. Highly recommend- their customer service and attention to detail was exceptional and appreciated.

Tom and his staff were so amazing! They were considerate to our situation and worked hard to help us get our power reconnected after an electrical fire at our POA. Tom was incredible at communicating with us and providing quotes etc. The team also worked hard on a Friday before a long weekend to get the job further ahead to help get us back in the house knowing we had a brand new baby. I needed an earth connection for a pool installation and a conduit run to my power outlet. Tom and his team were very punctual and friendly and explained clearly the work to be done and how they would approach it. I would certainly recommend Northern Energy for any electrical work.
Super nice on the phone, came out straight away on a Sunday and fixed the issues almost instantly, incredibly nice in person too, also works well with forwarding bill to real-estate. Would Recommend any day any time!
