The driver had not been to our house before and it's a bit tricky on where to park so the 150 ft hose will reach the tank; He had to reposition as where he first parked the hose did not quite reach. He thus had to rewind the hose and move the truck a bit. He did all this willingly and we very much appreciated that as the road conditions were not great.

Had Northern energy for years. They were wonderful to deal with. Never a problem. AmeriGas took over and it has been a really frustrating, disappointing horrible situation. They are the worst at customer communications and service. Bad management! Clueless representatives who can only apologize but not help you. I am going to drop them in the spring when the tanks that I rent can be removed easily. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS If you want friendly, local propane service in Missoula. MT. Go with Axman.

Unbelievable! After going through their entire automated system, then placing my propane order and confirming our delivery address and billing information with someone who did not speak clear English, I was told that they could not help me because I'm not an authorized account user. Only my husband. (Despite being the only person who calls in to place orders or handle billing in our household for a number of years.) We will be ordering from a different company moving forward.
