ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY EXPENSIVE Northern Energy was a great, local propane provider in Nederland CO. Then they were taken over by AMERIGAS sometime in the past year, and the customer service since then has been atrocious. When you call for a propane delivery, you get a voice mail. They rarely call you back. On your 5th or 6th call back to them, you decide to press the number for an 'emergency', and get to talk to a real person. In California. Somewhere near the Pacific Ocean.
