This company probably has the highest charge rates of propane in the country. And on top of that they have been nothing but problems. Stay away!

If I could give a zero, I would. Same story as other reviews. Can't get a local person anymore. It goes to a call center off-shore somewhere and they are not helpful. Ended up in a ridiculous loop, with call center person telling me to contact the local office and giving me the same number I had called. So Frustrating!

This company needs to close down. You call the local number and someone that is definitely not in the U.S. answers the phone and is continuously rude. Can't possibly do business with them as you have to read your entire invoice to them, and they still can't answer a simple question.

Pulled in and office is closed to public due to Covid. They have a sign on door of a number to call and press 2. Done, then I get some person somewhere else that needs a zip code I can't look up cause I'm on phone in a strange town camping. I tell her where I am and she says she can't help me unless I give her zip code. All while sitting in parking lot in front of their windows and no one comes out to help us. Apparently they don't need my money.
