Have seen Dr Pollard 3 times over about 14 years for Endoscopies for severe GERD and always found him reasssuring, a comforting dry sense of humour (which I appreciated as I was always nervous pre and post procedure) and gave me the results promptly so I wasn't waiting around worried about the results. He also offered very helpful advice and recommendations but above all, his big smile and laugh was always reassuring.
