Fantastic staff, Doctors, nurses. Couldn't fault a thing. Made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
The endoscopy itself and the staff were fantastic. The surgeon after that didn’t refer my husband to the hospital like he said we saw him on 4 August and is now 23 October. Even our doctor requested a report from them two months ago and had to chase it up again yesterday 22 October. I think this is an absolutely disgusting of them when considering my husband‘s in pain and was meant to have this attended to at the beginning of August
The booking process was easy to follow, and the medical staff was fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience clinical-wise. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 5 because of how claims and excess payments are handled. They collected the full excess upfront but didn't provide a receipt. They then reported only a portion of that excess to my health fund as an out-of-pocket cost. After I repeatedly requested a receipt, they admitted two weeks later that I was overcharged and owed a refund. It has been four weeks since the procedur... read more
A small private clinic. Much better than a hospital. Drs, nursed, staff verrrrryyyyy friendly, efficient, helpful.
