I was called when driving my car and when I was explaining that I can't be home in less than 24 hours the owner of the business tells me "well, do you want your heater fixed or not?". This was recorded by the dash cam as it also records audio. I have a copy of this video. I contacted the business to ask for the managers information and received the attached as a response. Apparently because Kate is the owner, she can behave however she pleases.
I could not recommend Northern Electrical more highly. Even though they were extra busy they managed to squeeze me in to have a look at my washing machine. They ended up having to take it back to the workshop & the pickup chaps were polite, professional & very helpful. My machine could be fixed at a price but still cheaper than a new one. The staff were friendly, kind & explained everything. They kindly lent me a machine to use meantime since I have a lot of guests. Thankyou Northern Electrical.
Highly recommended! I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I went in for assistance with my Breville coffee machine, got the part I needed, and now it works like new. Excellent experience from start to finish!
Called for a Samsung washer part, didn't get back to me. Then tell me their are none in Aus. Called Samsung.... Parts in stock 🤦🏽♂️
I cannot recommend Northern Electrical services highly enough. Within 20mins of logging a warranty job with Haier, I had been contacted and an immediate home visit was arranged due to vulnerability of my stepdad. They even offered to loan me Electrical heaters if they couldn't resolve issue immediately with our heat pumps and needed to arrange for parts Thank you to all at Northern Electrical for all your assistance and help on Monday.
