Very hard to find temporary office site. Very frustrating. Buying a new water heater was easy and they loaded it on my truck for me… that saved the day for me.
Im not sure who the young man was. I don't remember his name either. But that man deserves a pay raise. About 6 months ago they reached out to me about my high electric usage. "Still winter months" It was my garage heater. We discussed that we will continue in fall because we wer going into spring. Anyway they did as they said they would. I had completely forgotten about our conversation in late winter early spring. This young man came out and installed a meter and fixed my horrible wiring job. What are you doing? I am a 71 year old man on a fixed income wondering why my electric bill is going up so fast. 2 years ago your facility charge was $55 now it's $82.50. That's ridiculous, you are pricing me out of my home. Is that what you want? Put senior citizens on the street?
The SD wind had snatched my bill right out of my mailbox and soaked it. When I went in they were professional, friendly and prompt.
Habe den Balkonwechselrichter BDM800. Die App Einbindung funktioniert nicht. Servicehotline in Deutschland mittlerweile abgeschaltet, auf E-Mails keine Antwort. Ich kann diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen, auch kann ich die Produkte nicht empfehlen. Die Firma kennt nicht mal die eigene App Oberfläche. Zumindest war das fie einzige Rückmeldung was ich bekommen habe. NEPViewer APP totaler Schrott.
