Let's start with the positives first, the staff are very friendly and know what they are talking about. The doctor pointed out the bone loss I had like no other dentist did before, I appreciate any dentist that explains things well. Their billing practices are unethical. Shame on me for doing enough research. I care about my health and always do what's best. They told me I needed deep periodontal cleaning. They added on "Irrigation" and "Laser" treatments that drove my bill up to almost $1,000 dollars. I reluctantly paid for... read more

Edit 2: They never refunded my service I didn't receive. going back to 1 star. Absolutely failed in every single part. It has been over 3 weeks. How do you expect me to come back? Genuinely? A few years ago I really loved this dentist, but in the last year I have just felt my experience diminish greatly. Dr. Pham is great, however, the other dentists in the office aren't as great. Dr. Pham is super nice and super professional. I chipped my one of my front teeth about a year ago and was mortified by it and came in right away and saw her.
