Jack is a lovely young man. Whilst we couldn't quite get my ebike to smooth running order, he was honest about the situation and recommended someone else who could assist me. He even delivered my bike back to my house whilst suffering a knee injury himself. If be happy to seek out his assistance again in the future if required.

I recently had some service, new equipment and spare parts fitted to my road/ dirt ebike at Northern ebike repairs and can highly recommend Jack. He performed the work as quoted within the timeframe and budget, provided useful advice and also delivered the bike to my home once it was complete. I can recommend the service as independent and effective and the process was well communicated and delivered as expected.
A good honest and top bloke, very knowledgeable and his work is quality! Definitely will be coming back! Also has killer TikTok and YouTube videos so check him out guys!!!
