My 7-year old son fell off a tree at camp, maybe 8-10 ft up, caught himself on a rock and broke his arm. I got the call at 11:15am, got to the ER by noon, was seen very quickly. They got us x-rays, sent down a very experienced ortho who numbed the site, and reset the bones, and wrapped it up in splint. My experience was excellent! I was very nervous about going to the ER but everyone here treated me with kindness and compassion. I was seen quickly, had my vitals..blood work, CT scan within 30 minutes and was given a room. I was discharged 2.5 hours later. I went in thinking I was going to be there all night and that was not the case. Thanks to the staff, you all are amazing!

I am so frustrated. I specifically came to this ER which is 40 minutes from my house because of the quality if care I have received here in the past. I have been sitting here with my daughter who has a dislocated or broken toe. we have been here since 11:30 am - its now 3:45 and i have still not been seen by a doctor. . i did not expect be here more than 3 hours max. SO FRUSTRATING…..STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff could not be nicer! I came with multiple fractures and my service animal ‍🦺 They treat us both with so much care. Despite rooms being full, and having to wait in a chair, it was great. Dr Louis and the nursing staff are THE BEST. He really cares and has a great sense of humor. The place is very clean. The staff are kind. Definitely have to wait 2-3 hours sometimes but that’s pretty common for an ER visit. And depending on the amount and level of emergency while you’re waiting. Called the ER to see if they had a huge line to be able to make a decision of whether to bring my sick child there or go to another ER that didn’t have a crazy wait for him to receive care. They told me they could give me no information about how busy they were. This jeopardizes my ability to make a good choice for my family’s health and is most definitely based on them not turning away “business”. Just for all to understand where this hospital is focused
