HORRIBLE first impression!! Didn't actually make it to the facility because whoever answered the phone for my emergency situation had absolutely NO communication skills, helpful or caring demeanor and obviously did NOT CARE AT ALL. When I told her so she just hung up the phone. If you're pets are family, don't bother going or even calling.

What has happened to this ER?? This was always my top choice for ER. Not anymore. After how I was treated by the staff and dismissed my problem. I went due to a severe trigger finger. Had not been able to straighten my finger for 4 days. Severe pain. I knew more about trigger finger than anyone there. I went there to see about some relief and maybe some assistance to straighten it and getting it possibly splinted. Absolute waste of time. I don't need the attitude I got. I was in tears. Was told this is not an ER issue.
It was very very busy that day. nurses kept saying that they were very busy today and so sorry. But I got to see Dr and I got diagnosed with sciatica and pinced nerves and herniated disc so yes they are great.
