From big dental procedures to his final goodbye, the team were gentle and caring and patient and kind with me, super flexible with payment arrangements when I wasn’t in a great financial position. Very compassionate vets and staff I highly recommend this practice
Friendly, accomodating and reasonably priced. They've been looking after our cat since we moved to the area and are always very warm and friendly. They're also very accomodating and try to squeeze you in at short notice when you need them most! And they are reasonably priced - from a general check-up to a medical procedure the team have been first class, everytime.
We have been blessed to have had Bronwyn, Greg, Shannon, Lisa, Lily and all the former staff care for our boy Fez for almost 10 years. He bounds in to see them without a care full of trust and totally comfortable in their care. We have had to go through several medical procedures with our dog and at every step, we've been informed, supported and guided in making the best decisions. I called yesterday to talk about cremation services as we just lost our cat. The lady at the reception was very sweet to us and even offered keeping him for some time until we decided what to do. She let us in a separate room so we could say goodbye to our little Leo.
